What you need

Your business name, contact name, phone number and business address.
A copy of your state sales tax (resale) certificate, 5 MB or smaller. A PDF works best. JPG and PNG are fine too.
Your resale certificate number, if you have one.

What happens next

Our team reviews every application by hand, in about 1 business day. We email you when we approve your account. You can log in after approval.

Already have a DTF Prints account? Please don’t fill out this form. Email your certificate to [email protected] or call (386) 327-0009, and we will move your existing account to wholesale.
