Your artwork files are stored on our servers to fulfill your order and are retained indefinitely as long as your customer account exists. This allows you to easily reorder previous designs. Artwork is not shared with any third party except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., our production team).

Shipping carriers (UPS & USPS)
To ship your orders, we share your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address with our shipping carriers:

How long is my data kept?
We retain your personal information for the following periods:

- Order records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (IRS record retention requirements).
- Artwork files: Retained indefinitely as long as your customer account exists, so you can easily reorder previous designs.
- Email marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email may be kept on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again.
- Server logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months (Google’s default retention period).
- Cart abandonment data: Retained for 30 days after the cart was abandoned.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)
