What a gang sheet is
A gang sheet is one sheet of DTF transfers with many designs arranged on it. You pay for the sheet size, so every design you fit onto the sheet lowers the cost of each transfer.
You upload your art, place it on a sheet and order online. There are no minimums, and we print in Tampa, FL. Pick the transfer type you need from the table below, or go straight to the hot peel builder.

Build a gang sheet in three steps
- Upload your art. Add PNG files with transparent backgrounds. 300 DPI is recommended for the sharpest print.
- Arrange your designs. Drag each design into place and resize it. The builder supports drag-and-drop and auto-sizing. The builder shows a running price, and the price at checkout is final. Fill the sheet, because empty space costs the same as printed space.
- Order. Add the sheet to your cart and check out. We print it and ship it, or you pick it up in Tampa. The transfer arrives ready for your heat press.

What a hot peel gang sheet costs
The hot peel product page lists one size option, 22.5 in x ~360 in. That is about 8,100 square inches, and at $0.012 per square inch the full length is $97.20. The shortest sheets can cost more per square inch. The DTF calculator estimates your own sizes.
Because you pay by sheet size, layout decides your cost per design, and there are no volume tiers. To choose artwork sizes for your products, see the size chart and the most popular sizes.
File requirements
- PNG with a transparent background is recommended. A white box in the file prints as a white box on the garment.
- Use 300 DPI at the size you want printed. The builder warns you when an image resolution is too low. Our 300 DPI guide explains how to check.
- We accept AI, PDF, EPS and SVG vector files, and PSD files with layers flattened.
- We do not accept JPG or JPEG files. JPG compression adds artifacts and does not support transparency.
- Do not mirror your artwork. Upload it the way it should look on the garment, and we handle file preparation.
- Size each design to its final print dimensions. Do not upscale small images. CMYK gives the most accurate color, and RGB colors may shift slightly.

Ordering, turnaround and pickup
There is no minimum order and no setup fee on DTF transfers. Hot peel orders placed before 4 PM ET, Monday to Friday, get same-day processing. Shipping is free on orders over $35.
If you are near Tampa, you can collect your order at 9203 N 19th St, Tampa, FL 33612. A 24/7 pickup locker is available. If you resell transfers or press them for customers, the wholesale page covers accounts, white label printing and drop shipping.
