DTF Technology — Unlimited Creative Possibilities
In DTF printing (Direct to Film), the design is printed on film and then pressed onto the garment. DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends and nylon, which covers most shirts, hoodies, team uniforms and bags. Full-color artwork, small text and gradients print without extra colors or screens, and the white ink base works on light and dark garments. There are no minimums and no setup fees, which makes short runs practical for Auburndale shops and small brands.
DTF Transfer Pricing and Wholesale Rates
Auburndale orders get wholesale pricing with no minimums (vinyl stickers: 25 minimum). UV DTF decals start at $0.044 per square inch.
Application & Care
Press at 300°F (149°C) for 12 to 15 seconds under firm pressure. Standard DTF films peel hot, while the transfer is still warm. Glitter, glow in the dark and other specialty films peel cold, after they cool completely. To care for the garment, wash it inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Our FAQ page has detailed application guides.
