Wholesale DTF transfer pricing

You pay for a gang sheet by its size, and for custom size transfers by the square inch. Each product page lists its current rate. To estimate the cost of one design, use the DTF calculator. To choose print sizes, see the DTF transfer size guide. Shipping is free on orders over $35.

Gang sheet rates apply to all but the shortest sheets, which can cost more per square inch. There are no volume tiers.

How to get a wholesale account

We offer wholesale accounts to businesses with a state sales tax (resale) certificate. You do not need an account to order at the prices on each product page.

1. Apply online with your business name, contact name, phone number and business address.
2. Upload your state sales tax (resale) certificate as a PDF, JPG or PNG file, 5 MB or smaller.
3. Our team reviews each application.
4. Approval takes about 1 business day. We email you when we approve your account.

How to Get Started

Heat press instructions

For best results, press at 300°F (149°C) for 12 to 15 seconds with firm pressure. Peel hot for standard films and cold for glitter and glow in the dark. For a smooth finish, press again with a Teflon sheet. Wash garments inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low.

Artwork Requirements

• Upload PNG files at 300 DPI or higher with transparent backgrounds.
• We also accept vector formats: AI, PDF, EPS.
• We cannot print JPG files.
• Do NOT mirror your artwork — we handle that.

Wholesale DTF transfer FAQ

Is there a minimum order for wholesale DTF transfers?

No. There is no minimum order and no setup fee. You can order one transfer or as many gang sheets as you need.

How much do wholesale DTF transfers cost?

Hot peel gang sheets cost $0.012 per square inch on all but the shortest sheets. A 22.5 x 360 inch sheet is $97.20. Custom size transfers are a flat $0.015 per square inch. The pricing table above lists the other transfer types. To estimate one design, use our DTF calculator.

How fast do you print and ship wholesale orders?

Orders placed before 4 PM ET, Monday to Friday, get same-day processing. For expedited processing, call (386) 327-0009.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on orders over $35. You can also pick up your order from our 24/7 locker at 9203 N 19th St, Tampa, FL 33612.

Can you ship transfers straight to my customers?

Yes. We offer white label drop shipping. We print your order and ship it to your customer with no DTF-Prints.com branding. Contact us to set it up.

What file format should I send?

Send a PNG at 300 DPI or higher with a transparent background. We also accept AI, PDF and EPS vector files. We cannot print JPG files. Do not mirror your artwork.

Should I order a gang sheet or custom size transfers?

A gang sheet is one sheet with many designs on it, and you pay for the sheet size. For custom size transfers, we print one design at the exact size you enter, and you pay by the square inch. If you have many designs, a gang sheet lets you fill the space.

Can I return wholesale DTF transfers?

No. We print every transfer to your order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on printed products. If there is a print quality problem on our end, such as a color defect or smearing, contact us with photos within 7 business days of delivery and we will reprint or credit your account. Supplies such as inks, powder and film are returnable if they are new and unopened.

How do I get a wholesale account?

Apply online and upload your state sales tax (resale) certificate. Your state issues this certificate to businesses that buy goods to resell. Our team reviews each application, and approval takes about 1 business day. If you already have an account, email your certificate to [email protected] or call (386) 327-0009 instead. You do not need an account to order.
