Save More with Gang Sheets
A DTF gang sheet holds as many designs as you can fit, and you pay for the sheet size instead of for each design. Mix logos, left chest designs, full fronts and sleeves on the same sheet to use every inch. To see what your layout will cost, use the DTF cost calculator.
DTF Technology — Unlimited Creative Possibilities
A DTF transfer is a full-color print on film that you apply with a heat press. Cotton, polyester, blends and nylon all take a DTF transfer, so you can use the same print on different garments. A white ink base lets colors show on light and dark garments, and the print has no color limit. There are no minimums and no setup fees, which makes short runs practical for Lutz shops and small brands.

Application & Care
Set the heat press to 300°F (149°C) and apply firm, even pressure for 12 to 15 seconds. Standard films come off hot, right after pressing. Specialty films such as glitter and glow in the dark come off cold, once the transfer has cooled completely. After pressing, turn the garment inside out for washing, use cold water and dry it on low. More application guides are on our FAQ page.
